For a while I had a hard time finding my purpose until I was listening to Steve Harvey, and he said a few powerful words that stuck with me which was "your purpose is the thing you do best with the least amount of effort". After reflecting on that I realized that when it comes to helping people, it requires nothing more than me doing it from the heart. Not only do I love helping but I love children. When the opportunity came for me to take the position of Parent coordinator, Hands down I wanted the position. Not only did I know this position would be for me, but I'm also working in a community that I Know I can make a difference in. It's just something about helping people that makes me happy.
